PHILADELPHIA, PA \ November, 9, 2011 \ –The poor old man. Amazing how the media is targeting this famous college football coach for something that an alleged child molester did.
From what I gather, they wanted Joe Paterno to report to the police on something he heard. This would have become public record as those hearsay statements to the police are put into a report and for all to see. This could [have] landed Paterno in hot water for a slanderous lawsuit for something Paterno did not witness.
Are you with me in saying the witness should have tried to physically stop the assault?
Joe did all he had to and that was report what he heard to his boss since it happened at his work.
Imagine if you were at work with someone telling you they saw a rape, then having you report it to the police.
Notice how the media should be hounding Sandusky like any other person who is hot in the news – but they aren’t. There are no stories of cameras outside of Sandusky’s house or following him around.
Joe Paterno did everything in his limits as being a hearsay witness so why is the media badgering Paterno and not Sandusky?
Think about it..
