PHILADELPHIA, PA / December 24, 2011 / DIVERSE NEWS –With Christians in the United States of America numbering nearly 90% (the census doctors these numbers) and with it not being called a ‘Christian State’ as the mainstream media does with Israel, for example, with only 76% of that country being Jews, now is the time to recognize and demand that ethnicity be recognized and made public in all public offices held. This to stop any type of discrimination being conducted.
From the State Welfare offices to the Federal government, ethnicity must be recognized. We need this to ensure that there are no links to discrimination- no matter what ethnicity holds that position. This is usually done by continental hyphenation, such as, African-American; Asian-American; Middle-Eastern American, etc. or by ethnicity such as Black; White; Asian; Semitic; Latino, etc.
If there is too much of one group controlling a particular part of a public office, you would then need to have that jurisdiction to have a committee made-up of people who represent that community to oversee any hiring standards based on ethnicity. Then you can move on from there.
Just a reminder of what Americans are up against.

We need to ensure that the doctrine of diversity is being held to standards.
If you work in the public sector, or any position that falls under any affirmative action, diversity or multicultural standards then it is your right to prevent ethnic discrimination by finding out, either through human resources, Freedom of Information Acts or Right to Know Laws, just what ethnicity is in what position.
As you know, a public office must be made public. Whether it is federal, state or local position, they must represent the community.
